Using a European Hypnagogic Light System that projects fast flickering LED light sequences at specific frequencies to entrain brainwaves or neural oscillations to more empowering states. Benefits and applications include greater mental clarity, relaxation, stress reduction, higher cognitive function, self development, sleep improvement, lucid dreaming, shamanic journeying and more. Through closed eyelids, users will experience a kaleidoscopic array of dynamic colours and images as they release themselves into deeply meditative and relaxing states, whilst emerging rejuvenated, refreshed and revived! There is time built into the appointment window for settling in, asking questions, and enjoying the sacred space. What to wear: It is advised that you wear something comfortable & easy. Yoga workout type clothes are very common. You can wear socks if you get cold easily. Please remove jewelry such as bracelets, watch, necklace. How to prepare: Plan ahead! Miami is unpredictable with traffic. You want to make sure to give yourself enough time to find parking, arrive to building, check-in. Instructions will be emailed prior to appointment. Drink plenty of water! Avoid caffeinated drinks. Begin clearing your mind and setting intentions in days leading up to your appointment. What to bring: Bring a notebook to jot down any thoughts, ideas, or observations you have during the session. Do not schedule an appointment if you are: Pregnant, nursing a baby, had organ transplant, or have a pacemaker or other electronic device in your body, or actively taking medications or substances. Notice of cancellation is required 4 calendar days prior to your session date & time for a refund minus processing fees. No refund is provided for cancellations within 4 days of your session date and time. You may reschedule your session up to 72 hours prior to your session date and time.
