Harmonize the cells & vibration of your body. Special Himalayan singing bowls create a wide variety of harmonious and soothing sounds that touch certain vibrational frequencies in our body, mind, and emotions thereby inducing you into a deep state of meditation and restore your inner peace and tranquility. Sound is the Elevator. What to expect: You will settle onto a table, placing a weighted herbal pouch over the eyes. The facilitator will begin the session using Himalayan singing bowls which are played around the body. After guided along the body & placed on different parts of your body. There is no physical touch between facilitator & client. Only bowls touch the body. The bowls are chimed in order to create varying sounds and vibrations so that vital energy can flow freely. Long, slow, flowing strokes and pressure compliments the vibration in order to achieve a deeper sense of relaxation. The appointment window is 1hr 45 min, the sound portion is approx 1hr. There is time built in for before and after to enjoy the sacred space by guest. What to wear: It is advised that you wear something comfortable & close fitting. To make it easy for the bowls to travel. Yoga workout type clothes are very popular. You can wear socks if you get cold easily. How to prepare: Plan ahead! Miami is unpredictable with traffic. You want to make sure to give yourself enough time to find parking, arrive to building, check-in. Instructions will be emailed prior to appointment. Drink plenty of water! Avoid caffeinated drinks. Remove jewelry like bracelets & necklaces, large earrings. Small earrings are fine. Do not schedule an appointment if you are: Pregnant, nursing a baby, had organ transplant, or have a pacemaker or other electronic device in your body. Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 4 calendar days prior to your session date & time for a refund minus processing fees. No refund is provided for cancellations within 4 days of your session date and time. You may reschedule your session up to 72 hours prior to your session date and time. Please refer to Terms and Conditions of Direct Your Light Studio. We are a service based business and prioritize the slots of time for each of our clients.
